Lutherans
The Lutheran Church is the largest protestant church in the world with
over sixty million members. The Lutherans are the direct descendants
of the Reformation of the church begun by Martin Luther in
the 16th century. Luther lived from 1483 to 1546. We hold that the
Bible is the sole authority for faith and life. We believe Jesus is
the Son of God and the world's only Saviour and that He gives us new
life through His love and grace. The purpose of our congregation is to
share with other people this biblical and caring faith. We live in this world
by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of
Holy Spirit. We would like to share the Good News also with you.
